Day
26 (19th June)
The next day was the last day that we were
all together so quite sad. We packed up camp and then took Michael, Caitlin and
Mum into their hotel in Krakow where they were staying an extra night as we
headed north to the music festival.
It was an emotional goodbye given the
amazing time we each shared over the past four weeks travelling 8000km through
7 different countries.
We decided to meet Michael and Caitlin
again, who were flying into Berlin a day later so headed in the general
direction of the ‘Lions Den’.
It was quite strange not having 3 people in
the front seat and someone to remind us of potential Springy Deer bouncing over
the roadway.
Our rest stop in Cottbus that night was
quite uneventful and we pretty had dinner watched the football and went to bed.
